The journey of creating Deep Breath has been nothing short of thrilling — and challenging! Over the past few weeks, our team has been hard at work shaping the world you’ll soon be stepping into.
We’re currently focused on refining core mechanics, balancing combat against the rogue AI-controlled infected, and fine-tuning the atmosphere to deliver an immersive, tense experience every session. The feedback we’ve gathered from our internal playtests has been invaluable, helping us strike the right balance between intensity and strategy.
We’re also making great strides with visuals and environmental storytelling, ensuring the post-apocalyptic world of Deep Breath feels alive and authentic — from the eerie silence of abandoned roads to the chaos of extraction points under fire.
